Ø Candidate will be allowed to take the
ETEA screening test on a provisional basis. However, if any applicant is found,
the appointing authority will conduct a thorough investigation.
Ø The Appointing Authority will
disqualify him/her if he/she is found ineligible in any way throughout the
recruitment process.
Ø An interview call letter will be
issued to shortlisted candidates only.
Ø Screening tests will be conducted by
ETEA for shortlisting.
Ø No TA or DA will be admissible for
the test interview.
Ø Certificates from HEC are required in
the case of foreign degrees.
Ø Errors and omissions in the number of
posts are subject to rectification

individuals should first go to www.stea.edu.pk and fill out an online
application for the positions.

The
prescribed UBL online deposit slip is issued after successful completion of the
online application (having
·
A
token number, Project code 8, and candidates personal information) will be
generated
·
Print
the generated deposit slip (deposit fees are non-refundable) test fee
submit in any UBL Bank branch or UBL OMNI agent Easypaisa app or agent.
·
Please
keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank desired stamp with
yourself after successful fee submission and do not share it with anybody else.
·
After
online, don't send documents/testimonials to ETEA office, copies of
·
Testimonials
or documents will, however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the
screening test
·
ETEA
or the appointing authority may require testing for scrutiny purposes at any
time..

ETEA
will send an SMS to all candidates instructing them to download and print their
roll number Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are advised not to provide a
ported converted phone number.

test date, time, and location will be listed on the roll number slip.

Candidates
for the screening test will not get a separate call letter through a postal
courier.

Important/Note |
Please bring your documents as well as a passport-size
scanned photo (soft copy) with you at the time of the online application.
Before filling out the online application form, please read
the instructions.
The deposited fee will be verified by ETEA at any time. If
your payment is not verified, your candidature will be
should be rejected. The fee e deposited on someone else's
CNIC shall not be verified.
Unclaimed qualifications will not be accepted.
Keep the printed bank receipt to yourself and do not provide
it to anybody else.
All candidates' applications who do not provide accurate
information when filling out the online form will be rejected.
