TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1.     Candidates will be permitted to take the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis. However detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the selection committee, and if any candidate is discovered to be ineligible in any way at any phase during the recruitment process, the Appointing Authority will disqualify he or She

2.     Only those who have been shortlisted for an interview will receive an invitation letter.

3.     Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ÉTEA

4.     Candidates must be eligible in all respects before the deadline for application submission.

5.     Applications that are incomplete or sent after the deadline will not be considered.

6.     Age relaxation is permissible based on government policy.

7.     Candidates who work for the government or semi-government organizations should apply through the right channels.

8.     Candidates who want to apply for more than one position must submit separate applications and pay different fees for each position.

9.     Without assigning a reason, the Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel or refuse any application..

10. There will be no TA/DAs allowed in the test interview.

11. To obtain an HEC equivalent certificate, a foreign degree must be obtained.

12. Corrections will be made to any errors or omissions in the number of posts.

2.     When you submit an online application, you will receive a prescribed UBL online deposit slip with a token number, Project code & candidate's personal information) will be generated

 

3.     Take a printout of the generated deposit sip & deposit the prescribed test fee (nonrefundable) in any branch of

4.     UBL Bank at UBL OMNI agent Easy paisa app or agent.

5.     Please keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank authorized stamp with yourself after successful fee submission and do not share it with anyone else..

6.     If you apply online, please do not send your testimonials or documents to the ETEA., however, be provided by the candidates who qualify for the screening test, as and when required by ETEA or the

7.     Appointing Authority for scrutiny purposes.

13.  As screening test will not be conducted for the posts at S.No 08 to 11 (i.e. Driver, Naib Qasid, Chowkidar, and Sweeper) no fee will be charged by ETEA

 

NOTE / IMPORTANT

1.     Please bring your all educational document and a passport-size scanned photo (soft copy) with you while applying online.

2.     Before completing the online application form, carefully read the instructions.

3.     It is the responsibility of the ETEA to verify the deposited fee at every stage. If your payment cannot be verified, your candidature shall be rejected..

4.     The fee deposited on another person's CNIC will not be approved.

5.     The unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.

6.     Do not give out the printed bank receipt to anyone else.

7.     Candidates who do not provide accurate information when filling out the online application form will have their applications not be rejected, only   but would be proceeded against and strict action shall be taken against them
