The application forms can be downloaded from the ATS website.

Fill out the application form correctly and send it to the Manager Operations, Allied Testing Services (ATS), 111-B, Street No. 30, F-10/1, Islamabad, with an original receipt and a copy of your CNIC.

The test fee must be paid in any HBL / Bank Al Habib branch on the required Bank Challan that is attached to the application form.

Applications that are incomplete or contain incorrect info will be rejected outright.

On the ATS official site, applicants can also get their Roll No. Slips.
