Applicants for ADP Project No. 632/200045 BHU's and 630/200040 RHC's from If the posts are temporary, only Khyber Pakhtunkhwa resident candidates should apply for evening and night shifts only for a period of one year and that can be extended till the project completion according to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's project and project policy.

TERMS & CONDITIONS.

•  Applicants will be allowed to take the ETEA screening test on a provisional basis.
• The appointing authority will carry out detailed scrutiny and any candidate found suitable will be appointed
• Any applicant who is ineligible at any point in the recruitment process will be disqualified by the Appointing Authority
•  Eligible candidates can get details of the positions and list of health facilities selected on the website of the Health Department, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (www.health-gov.pk) and/or www.dghskp.gov.pk
•  final Interview calls letter will be issued to shortlisted candidates only
•  Shortlisting will be based on the Screening Test conducted by ÉTEA.
•  Candidates of the respective districts will be finally Selected purely on a merit basis, however, in case of no applicant from the respective districts candidates of near districts will be preferred in the final selection process.
• Appointment orders of the selected candidates will be issued as per merit list and year-wise
• provision in PC-1
•  On or before the last date for submission of applications, candidates must be eligible in all respects.
•  Those who submit applications after the due date and those who submit incomplete applications will not be considered.
• 9. Relaxation of age will be NOT admissible.
• All candidates working in government/semi-government bodies should  apply through the proper channel
•  Should a candidate wish to apply for more than one post, they must apply for each post with a separate  fee
• Competent Authority reserves the right to cancel/reject any application with assigning
•  For testing/interview, no TADA will be accepted
•  In case of foreign degree, equivalent certification from HEC must be provided

• HOW TO APPLY;

1.  Interested candidates may first visit www.elea.edu.pk and apply for the posts online.
2. The online application must be submitted successfully to receive the prescribed UBL online deposit slip having deposit slip token number, Project code and candidates' personal information will be generated.
3.  A printed copy of the generated deposit slip must be deposited with the prescribed test fee (Nonrefundable) in any branch of UBL Bank of UBLOMNI agent Easypaisa app agent.
4.  After successful submission of the bank fee, please keep the original bank deposit slip (candidate copy) Have the bank desired stamp with yourself and do not share it with anyone else.
5. Do not submit your documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online. However, the candidates who qualify will be required to provide testimonials/documentation for the A screening test may be conducted when necessary by the ETEA or the appointing authority for scrutiny
6. Availability of online Application Form on www.elea.edu.pk on 14th Feb 2022
7.  An SMS will be sent by ETEA to inform candidates how to download and print their roll number.
8. Slips from www.etea.edu.pk. Candidates are directed to do not give ported converted to other networks' mobile numbers.
9.  Candidates will not receive a separate postal courier call or letter for the screening test.

IMPORTANT POINTS

Please bring with you your documents and passport-sized scanned photo (soft copy) with you at the time of the online application.

Before filling out the online application form, read the instructions carefully.

It is ETEA's responsibility to verify fees deposited at any stage. if your payment is not verified. your candidate shall be rejected.

Fee deposited on soméone else CNIC shall not be verified.

The unclaimed qualification will not be accepted.

The receipt printed by the bank should be kept with you. Do not give anyone else the printed receipt slip

Applicants who do not provide complete information in their

online application form, will not be rejected only but would be proceeded against and strict action shall  be taken against them.
